Job Functions
1. General Administrative Support:
○ Manage and organize files and documents.
○ Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
○ Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
○ Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials.
2. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
○ Maintain accurate records and databases.
○ Perform data entry tasks as required.
○ Update and manage client information and project details.
3. Document Preparation:
○ Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
○ Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and proposals.
4. Financial Administrative Tasks:
○ Assist with invoicing and billing.
○ Track expenses and prepare expense reports.
